The Conference Committee shall participate in the development of criteria by which the program will be administered and evaluated for possible continuation.ĪCCIDENT PREVENTION T h i s p r o v i s i o n i s applicable to all Federal-aid construction contracts and to all related subcontracts. Participants in the program shall use vacation, holiday or compensatory leave as a portion of the requested leave. Should the Employer extend the School year in order to meet the requirement under the law for "State Aid," the employees shall be expected to work the additional rescheduled student instruction days without additional pay for the first two (2) days.Įxtended Leaves In addition to other approved leave programs there shall be an extended leave program at University of Washington Medical Center.
When school delays become school cancellations, Food Service employees will be paid their hourly rate for the time they are at work.
